There is no better way to learn sight words than to practice them in maximum possible ways. Here in this app, we use the most proven techniques to practice sight words. Children are given opportunity to listen and study new sight words in a fun way helping them strengthen their retention.
We have also provided settings to create your own list of words.
The main games of the app are -
1.Flash Cards – Kids are introduced to the words one at a time. Words are spoken aloud for the kid to listen, say and write them (for better memory).
2.Memory Match – Classic Memory Match game with sight words.
3.Bingo – Find the words – helps in fast recognition of words.
4. Word Search - Word Search is always a fun game to learn new words. Words are provided as per the list chosen.
5. Read-Copy-Find - Child will read a sight word, copy it on scratchpad and find the same in a sentence.
6.Spell Words – Spell sight words to master them.
7. Colouring by Sight Words- Colouring sheets are provided to be filled as per sight words. A fun activity to keep the kids learning.
8.Read Stories– This gives the kids opportunities to read the sight words as they find them in daily life. There are as many as 12 books to read and practice.
In the process of learning child also nurtures a garden where they grow flowers, fruits and vegetables.
